Clear The Bench Colorado is registered as an Issue Committee with the Colorado Secretary of State Elections Office.  As an Issue Committee, there are no limits on the amount or source of contributions (personal or corporate), but contributions are not tax-deductible.   We are also required to collect the following information on individual donations of $20 or more, or for recurring or repeat donations that exceed $20 in total:
