Clear The Bench Colorado appearing at Tax Day Tea Party rallies
Clear The Bench Colorado will be appearing as a featured speaker at several of the Tax Day Tea Party rallies around the state on Thursday, April 15th (Tax Day!) as grassroots groups and citizens of all stripes come together to reassert their voice in Colorado Politics…
Clear The Bench Colorado Director Matt Arnold will be speaking at two events, in Denver (noonish) and Fort Collins (between 5-7PM, or “late Tea-time”):
Denver Tax Day Tea Party Rally at the Colorado Capitol (200 E. Colfax), speakers from 10AM-1PM
Fort Collins Tax Day Tea Party Rally at Washington Park (301 Maple Street behind City Hall), speakers 5-7PM
Clear The Bench Colorado will also be ably represented by speakers at other Tax Day Tea Party rallies around the state (Director Matt Arnold is quickly mastering the art of getting everywhere, but hasn’t quite gotten down the ability to be everywhere at once), including (but not necessarily limited to):
Colorado Springs Tax Day Tea Party Rally at Acacia Park (downtown), speakers 11AM-1PM
Grand Junction Tax Day Tea Party Rally at Lincoln Park (12th & North Ave), speakers 5:30-7PM
Pueblo Tax Day Tea Party Rally (Pueblo County Courthouse), speakers 4-6PM
…and many other events, large and small, around Colorado.
Even if you’re unable to attend in person (and really – is there a better way to spend a few hours of your day?), you can watch live streaming video online via PPC-Span (or catch the podcast later).

Learn more about why voting “NO” on the Colorado Supreme Court justices who aided and abetted unconstitutional tax increases (including the “Mill Levy Tax Freeze” and “Dirty Dozen” tax increases, and especially the Colorado Car Tax) along with other assaults on your constitutional rights, may be the MOST important votes you can cast this year.
Join Clear The Bench Colorado and the Grassroots Revival in restoring “power to the people” – get active, get involved, raise your voice and help to restore accountability to the Colorado judiciary by exercising YOUR RIGHT to vote “NO” on the four unjust justices of the Colorado Supreme Court’s Mullarkey Majority (Justices Michael Bender, Alex Martinez, Nancy Rice, and – last but not least – Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey) who need YOUR approval to continue taking away your rights: your right to vote on tax increases, your right to defend your home and business from seizure by government abuse of eminent domain powers, and your right to enjoy the benefits of the rule of law, not rule by activist, agenda-driven judges. Support Clear The Bench Colorado with your voice (Sound Off!), your contributions, and your “NO” vote to remove these unjust justices on election day this November and prevent them from having another 10-year term of violating your constitutional rights!
Hi, I post messages on the Colorado Tea Party. One of my interests is to post meetings that are taking place in Colorado. If you email me notices of meetings, I will be glad to post them.
Don’t forget to look at your lower level of County and District Judges as well, so few Judges are not retained that too often the mentality is they have a lifetime job. As a veteran of hundreds of hearings (and not being a lawyer), most judges try on the local level to be fair, but some real clowns can still be in the robes as well. We should take these votes as seriously as we do the others.
