Totally agree. But we also have to get rid of judges like Mullins in the District Court who when confronted with cases that he has no knowledge of the law refuses to read up on it and instead resorts to awarding summary judgment where none is due. There were so many issues of material facts in dispute in my case that summary judgment was deemed improper by both my attorneys.

Then to add insult to injury our illustrious Appellate Court in upholding Mullins injustice stated: "since no money was paid" (I had tendered a check which my homeowners association claimed they never received and although I offered to write another if they would provide an affidavit stating they never received the first one they refused to acknowledge my offer) "the association has the right to foreclose". Essentially stating that if someone doesn't cash your check they can sue you! What idiots!

And of course, our illustrious Supreme Court denied cert!!!!

Get rid of all the bums!!!!
